By creating an account or using knithub, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You retain full ownership of the charts, designs, and content you create on knithub. By publishing content on the platform, you grant knithub a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content as part of the service. You may delete your content at any time.

We expect all users to treat each other with respect. Use knithub for its intended purpose: creating, sharing, and discovering colorwork charts. Respect the intellectual property and creative work of other users.

You may not use knithub to harass other users, distribute spam, infringe on copyrights, or engage in any unlawful activity. Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the platform is strictly prohibited.

Knithub Pro is optional and available as a subscription, billed monthly or yearly, or as a one-time Lifetime purchase. The price, and for a subscription the billing period, are shown before you buy. Subscriptions bought on the knithub website are billed by Stripe. Subscriptions bought in the iOS or Android app are billed by Apple or Google through their in-app purchase systems, and their terms also apply to that purchase; for the iOS app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) applies alongside these terms. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time, a web subscription in your knithub account settings and an app subscription in your App Store or Google Play account; Apple and Google require cancelling at least 24 hours before the renewal date. After cancelling, you keep Knithub Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for. Lifetime is paid once, never renews and has nothing to cancel; it unlocks Knithub Pro on your knithub account for as long as that account exists. Buying Lifetime ends a knithub web subscription at the end of its current period, with no further charges. An App Store or Google Play subscription is not cancelled automatically: cancel it in the store as described above so you are not charged again. Deleting your knithub account cancels a web subscription, but not one bought through Apple or Google, which you must cancel with the store; a Lifetime purchase ends with the account it belongs to. Refunds for app purchases are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies. You can withdraw from a purchase made on the knithub website, a subscription or Lifetime, within 14 days of buying it and get a full refund: contact us through our Contact page.

knithub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking such action, except in cases of serious or repeated violations.

knithub is provided on an "as is" basis. We strive to keep the platform reliable and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. knithub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through the platform. Continued use of knithub after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
